<p>Our professionals have over two decades of experience making debt and equity investments in privately held companies and funds. We act as principal investors and also partner with a handful of individuals and family offices to make investments in lower middle market private companies. We focus on companies in the Southeast, in a broad range of industries, who have operating income of between $500,000 and $5.0 million.</p>
<p>We partner with management teams in management buy-outs, majority recapitalizations, family succession recapitalizations, and corporate divestitures. We work collaboratively with the companies we choose to partner with and have a reputation of honesty and integrity when it comes to communicating with our portfolio companies. We provide strategic insight and financial resources as needed to help build value over the long term. In addition to our experienced team, we also have a network of seasoned advisors who can be a resource during due diligence and after closing.</p>
