<p>Palmetto Capital is looking to partner with experienced management teams over the long term. We allow our management teams to make the day-to-day business decisions while empowering them with the financial and strategic resources to help them get to the next level of growth. <br>

We are patient and flexible investors, who do not have the same constraints as a typical private equity fund. We tailor each transaction to the particular situation in terms of leverage ratio and deal structure. The collective success of the company, including management, employees and investors, is the sole mission of every Palmetto Capital investment.</p>
